This programme is designed to build the competence and confidence of HR practitioners in Dignity at Work. It will be a highly practical, skills-based programme which will give those attending the vital skills to deal with the challenging area of bullying and harassment at work.

This programme will also ensure that the participants have the up-to-date knowledge needed to manage this area according to the new Code of Practice.
