Negotiating effectively with confidence is a critical skill for those at a senior level. Understanding
the process of negotiation, how to prepare correctly, anticipating the likely pushback while also
crafting outcomes that can satisfy various interests are all part of being a competent professional.

Our Senior Negotiating Skills Programme is designed to equip the individual with a firm
understanding of what effective negotiations means, how to plan for success and how to ‘expand
the pie’. Using various negotiation techniques & frameworks including the BATNA, our
programme brings them through tougher examples, helps them overcome resistance and secure
the most effective outcome to any business negotiation.
